Lane 1: human 293T whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: human Jurkat whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: human Hela whole cell lysates,
Lane 4: human HepG2 whole cell lysates,
Lane 5: human U-87 MG whole cell lysates.
Use rabbit anti- ALKBH5 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog#EK1002). A specific band was detected for ALKBH5 at approximately 52KD. The expected band size for ALKBH5 is at 44KD.

ALKBH5 was detected in an immunocytochemical section of A549 cells. The section was incubated with rabbit anti-ALKBH5 Antibody (A03360) at a dilution of 1:100. Cy3-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red)(Catalog#BA1032) and Dylight488-conjugated Anti-mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Green) (Catalog # BA1126) were used as secondary antibody.
