The antibody reacts with the heavy chain of mouse IgMbut not with mouse IgG or the light chains of mouse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. With mouse IgG or the light chains of mouse immunoglobulins. shows no cross-reactivity with human, bovine, horse and rat serumproteins, but it may cross- react with IgM from other species .
应用注释
This antibody must be used with various kinds of enzymes or fluorescence conjugated avidin (streptavidin) in IHC and ELISA.Diluted by neutral PBS or TBS.
