IF analysis of GFAP using anti-GFAP antibody (M00213-8).
GFAP was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of rat brain tissue. The tissue section was incubated with mouse anti-GFAP Antibody (M00213-8) at a dilution of 1:100. FITC Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody (green)(Catalog#BA1101) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
