This FITC conjugated antibody is specific with the Fc5µ portion of human IgM heavy chain. This antibody does not react against normal human IgG or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. However, this antibody may cross-react with IgM from other specie.

Amax=495nm; Emax=525nm
应用注释
Please centrifuge before use diluted by neutral PBS or TBS. The diluted solution should be used on the same day. Any unused solution should be disposed of.
