IF analysis of PCNA using anti-PCNA antibody (BM0104).
PCNA was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human colorectal cancer tissue. The tissue section was incubated with mouse anti-PCNA Antibody (BM0104) at a dilution of 1:100. Dylight 550 Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (red)(Catalog#BA1149) was used as secondary antibody.

a-SMA/ACTA2 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human placenta tissue. The tissue section was incubated with mouse anti-a-SMA/ACTA2 Antibody (BM0002) at a dilution of 1:100. Dylight 550 Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) (red)(Catalog#BA1149) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
