Lane 1: human Caco-2 whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: human K562 whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: human A549 whole cell lysates,
Lane 4: human 293T whole cell lysates,
Lane 5: rat NRK whole cell lysates,
Lane 6: mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell lysates.
After electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to a membrane. Then the membrane was incubated with mouse anti-Importin Beta/KPNB1 antigen affinity purified monoclonal antibody (M01851-2) at a dilution of 1:1000 and probed with a DyLight 647 Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1151). A specific band was detected for Importin Beta/KPNB1 at approximately 97 kDa. The expected band size for Importin Beta/KPNB1 is at 97 kDa.
IF analysis of DDX1 using anti-DDX1 antibody (M03727).
DDX1 was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of human colon cancer tissue. The tissue section was incubated with mouse anti-DDX1 Antibody (M03727) at a dilution of 1:100. DyLight 647 Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1151) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
IF analysis of NEFH using anti-NEFH antibody (BM0100).
NEFH was detected in a paraffin-embedded section of rat brain tissue. The tissue section was incubated with mouse anti-NEFH Antibody (BM0100) at a dilution of 1:100. DyLight 647 Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody (Catalog # BA1151) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
