Western blot analysis of anti- TWEAK/Tnfsf12 antibody (A02009-3). The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30ug of sample under reducing conditions.
Lane 1: rat skeletal muscle tissue lysates,
Lane 2: rat heart tissue lysates,
Lane 3: mouse heart tissue lysates.
Use rabbit anti- TWEAK/Tnfsf12 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog#EK1002). A specific band was detected for TWEAK/Tnfsf12 at approximately 27KD. The expected band size for TWEAK/Tnfsf12 is at 22KD.

Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 12 also known as TNF-related weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFSF12 gene. Predicted to enable receptor ligand activity. Acts upstream of or within extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Located in extracellular region. Is expressed in Meckel's cartilage; hip; skeleton; and superior cervical ganglion. Orthologous to several human genes including TNFSF12-TNFSF13 (TNFSF12-TNFSF13 readthrough).
