Western blot analysis of anti- SPOCK3 antibody (A03151-1). The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30ug of sample under reducing conditions.
Lane 1: human PC-3 whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: human SH-SY5Y whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: human A549 whole cell lysates,
Lane 4: human RT4 whole cell lysates.
Use rabbit anti- SPOCK3 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog#EK1002). A specific band was detected for SPOCK3 at approximately 38KD. The expected band size for SPOCK3 is at 49KD.

ICC/IF analysis of SPOCK3 using anti-SPOCK3 antibody (A03151-1).
SPOCK3 was detected in an immunocytochemical section of Hela cells. The section was incubated with rabbit anti-SPOCK3 Antibody (A03151-1) at a dilution of 1:100. Cy3-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red)(Catalog#BA1032) was used as secondary antibody. The section was counterstained with DAPI (Catalog # AR1176) (Blue).
