Western blot analysis of anti- CDKN2D antibody (MA1075). The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions.
Lane 1: MOLT-4 whole cell lysates,
Lane 2: HEL whole cell lysates,
Lane 3: Jurkat whole cell lysates.
Use mouse anti- CDKN2D 1:1000, probed with a goat anti-mouse IgG-HRP secondary antibody. The signal is developed using an Enhanced Chemiluminescent detection (ECL) kit (Catalog # EK1001). A specific band was detected for CDKN2D at approximately 18KD. The expected band size for CDKN2D is at 18KD.

Cyclins are important in regulating the cell cycle through their formation of enzymatic complexes with various cyclin-dependent kinases. P19(INK4d) also kowns as cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2D, is one of the novel members of the mouse INK4 gene family. Okuda et al.(1995) described the cloning of the human INK4d gene(CDKN2D). The predicted 166-amino acid protein is 86% identical to the mouse protein and about 45% identical to other human INK4 family members.
